Flashback Friday: Notorious B.I.G ft. Puff Daddy, Ma$e in “Mo Money, Mo Problems”
Yesterday, we were treated to P. Diddy’s latest creation Dirty Money and the video Hello Good Morning. For all obvious reasons mentioned, it’s pretty evident Diddy had his hands all over every aspect of the song and video.
There was one thing missing, though, and that was the inclusion of Ma$e and the infamous shiny suits. No worries. We’ve got you taken care of. But in order to do so, we have to take you back to the late 90s. You know, when he just called himself Puff Daddy.
Notice the similarities in the Hello Good Morning video to those in this week’s Flashback Friday pick, Mo Money, Mo Problems. This song topped the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks. It’s a catchy song and the fact that the late Notorious B.I.G. is featured might have helped, but we’ll assume it’s because of Ma$e and the shiny suits.
