Carrie Underwood has set an official release date of May 1st for her upcoming fourth studio album, according to Billboard. The as yet-to-be-titled 19 Recordings / Arista Nashville release will be produced by Mark Bright, who also worked on Underwood’s first three albums.
This news comes hot on the heels of last week’s announcement of the album’s lead single, “Good Girl.” The song, which was co-written by Underwood, and is said to be “darker” than previous efforts, will hit radio on February 23rd.
