To refresh yr memory, a new Millah Mix drops every Wednesday. It’s a sampling of whatever music I’ve been rocking out to recently –generally somewhere between 6 – 10 tracks worth. This week’s is chock full of good stuff, too. We got a great new Christina Aguilera track featuring M.I.A. (but since M.I.A. wrote the track it sounds more like her feat. Xtina), another deep cut from Robyn‘s just-released Body Talk Pt. 1 (read our review here), a perfect mashup of Dr. Dre, Snoop & Starfucker, Mark Ronson‘s new single with Q-Tip & MNDR (check out the video), plus a collabo track from the minds behind MF Doom and Borat.

And if that doesn’t sound awesome/weird enough, it’s only the half of it…

Mark Ronson released the official video for lead single “Bang Bang Bang” off his upcoming third album Record Collection (Sept). Ronson stayed true to form by enlisting some of his famous buddies including co-writer Nick Hodgson (Kaiser Chiefs) and Q-Tip for the synth-heavy jam that’s sure to catch-fire this summer.

Ronson explained the video treatment in a recent interview with Spinner.com by saying, “‘Bang Bang Bang’ takes place on a TV show in an unknown country in an unknown time period with an unknown cast of characters. In fact, it’s a lot like ‘Lost,’ but with a better ending. The only thing you need to know is that somewhere in this world, Q-Tip, MNDR and myself are performing the most exciting song ever. And for 3:50, people from all over the galaxy are having the time of their life.”
