Did Justin Bieber Steal “Baby” From Raaaaaaaaaandy???
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010Seemingly out of nowhere, Canadian teenager Justin Bieber has become the biggest thing in the pop music world. His upcoming release, “My World 2″ is slated to be one of the biggest releases of the spring, and his bubblegummy hit single, “Baby”, is in the Top Ten. You know you’re a pop culture phenomenon when comedians start doing bits about you, and Justin has found himself the unwitting subject of an absolutely hilarious skit on funnyordie.com.
Aziz Ansari (of “Scrubs” and “Parks and Recreation” fame) has a singing/rapping alter ego named Raaaaaaandy, who is a little pissed off that the Bieb came to the studio and allegedly stole the idea for “Baby” from his song “Baby Baby”. This is only the latest in a series of hilarious musical skits Ansari has blessed us recently, with the help of TV on the Radio producer Dave Sitek.
