On December 4th, Hopeless Records – the home to bands such as All Time Low, Taking Back Sunday, The Wonder Years, The Used, We Are The In Crowd and many more – will celebrate its 20 year anniversary as an independent record label. Hopeless Records will hold a private event to raise awareness and funds to support Foundation Fighting Blindness. Limited edition, commemorative 20th anniversary merchandise will be available soon via the Hopeless Records web store and at the event. Proceeds from these purchases will be donated to the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
Last night’s sold-out benefit concert for the Rob Machado Foundation raised funds and awareness for the California-based 501c(3) non-profit private foundation, which supports charities dedicated to environmental programs worldwide. Legendary surfer, environmental activist and musician Rob Machado hosted the event at The Belly Up in Solana Beach, CA and featured performances by Jason Mraz, John Rzeznik of Goo Goo Dolls, Austin Burns and Run River North.

Last night on NBC The Voice Season 5, viewer votes were revealed as the final 12 contestants learned their fate. Also, for the first time ever, The Voice introduced an “instant save” option, which allowed the coaches save one performer as voted on live via Twitter by viewers. In addition, pop artist Sara Bareilles teamed up with the remaining female contestants to perform her current hit single “Brave.”
Tonight, Britney Spears revealed the official tracklist for her hotly anticipated new album Britney Jean. The album includes guest appearances by frequent collaborator Will.i.am as well as rapper T.I, but the biggest surprise is a track entitled “Chillin’ With You,” which features Spears’ little sister Jamie Lynn.
